Purely is a financial aggregation platform that allows you to:

  • Connect and view data from multiple bank accounts, payment systems (such as PayPal, Stripe), and other financial sources
  • View aggregated balances and transactions across all connected accounts
  • Import transaction data via CSV files
  • Search, filter, and categorize your financial transactions

3. Open Banking and Third-Party Services

Our service may integrate with Open Banking APIs and third-party financial service providers. By connecting your accounts, you authorize us to access and display your financial data. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for any actions taken through your account.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to use Purely only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to access and aggregate the financial accounts you connect. You must not use the service to violate any laws or regulations.

While we strive to provide accurate financial information, we cannot guarantee the completeness or accuracy of data aggregated from third-party sources. You should verify important financial information independently and not rely solely on our service for financial decisions.

6. Service Availability

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the service and are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Purely shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to financial losses resulting from data inaccuracies or service interruptions.
